Renfrewshire Council seeks to appoint an experienced and imaginative theatre maker or arts organisation, with a community engaged practice and experience of theatre in education. The main output of the “Paisley Radicals” project will be a series of site-specific performances in Paisley Town Centre in the lead up to Renfrewshire Council’s Sma Shot Day celebrations on Sat 4th July 2020. These performances will involve both professional and community performers and will explore stories from Paisley’s Radical past, in particular the town’s role in the Radical War of 1820.
