- The Contract will consist of refurbishment, reconfiguration and improvement works to Ferguslie Park Housing Association’s existing office, which is located within the Tannahill Centre, Paisley, Renfrewshire, which was constructed in the mid-1990’s.
Bidders are advised that the works requirements are anticipated to include;
| - | Demolition of existing internal walls and partitions; |
| - | Removal of existing floor coverings, ceiling linings, skirting boards, doors, fittings and fixtures; |
| - | Creation of new interview room and reception area with new framed partitions, glazed screens and doors; |
| - | Reconfiguration of existing electrical and lighting including new lighting and emergency lighting; |
| - | Mechanical ventilation works; |
| - | New floor coverings, ceiling and wall linings and decoration; |
| - | New reception and interview room desks. |
