PoLHA wishes to commission a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to assist in the management of our window replacement contract. This will include advise on the specification and procurement for a window replacement programme, and provide Cost Consultancy, Contract Administration and Principle Designer services for the duration of the contract period.
