A new South of Scotland Enterprise Agency is due to be established in April 2020 to address the specific economic challenges of the South of Scotland area and drive inclusive growth.
Scottish Enterprise have been asked to assist SoSEP by commissioning a baseline property study which will seek to determine the effective supply of land and property for business use in the South of Scotland area.
Scottish Enterprise are therefore inviting tenders from property consultants to undertake this work and recognise that multi-consultancy teams may be required to cover the scope of services required.
It is anticipated the contract will commence early January and complete end March 2020. Full details can be found within the Invitation to Tender (ITT).
