The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) wishes to appoint a supplier for media planning, buying and associated services through a mini-competition from lot 1 of the Scottish Government Framework for the Provision of Media Planning, Buying and Associated Services (contract ref: SP-18-007). The successful supplier will work with the Council’s nominated teams/staff to process campaign and general advertising and evaluate media campaigns on their behalf. Any Contract awarded may also be used by the Council’s affiliated organisations if it is advantageous to them e.g. arm’s length companies and trusts. Please see paragraph 7 (Specification) in the Invitation for further details.
