The Association is a Registered Social Landlord in Inverclyde. The Association aims to provide good quality affordable rented housing to people in housing need in Inverclyde and is a Registered Scottish Charity.
The Association own and manage approximately 1,700 homes.
To meet the legislation, as amended in Housing Scotland (Act 2006), the Association is required to make all their properties LD2 (smoke alarm) compliant prior to 29th January 2021. The Association wishes the contracting organisation to inspect each property in their stock and design and install a new LD2 installation or adapt the existing installation to comply with LD2.
