The Employer requires a Contractor to remove, replace and refit B Hall skylight panels with new skylights. The skylight panels are located within residential area, B Hall, at HMP Dumfries. The skylights are beyond their service life and allowing water ingress and are sun bleached which reduces the level of natural sunlight into the residential hall.
