Scottish Enterprise (SE) owns 3 multi-tenanted offices and a security gatehouse on the Scottish Enterprise Technology Park, East Kilbride: Brunel building, Nasmyth building and Prism House.
Providing a clean, welcoming and safe environment to all staff, visitors and clients is paramount to SE.
This Invitation to Tender (ITT) will establish a single, 3 year contract (with the option to extend for a further one year period) to maintain a clean office environment, and ensure full compliance with SE’s environmental obligations whilst ensuring an effective and considered approach to the expenditure of public funds.
