The work will involve the inspection and testing of smoke/ heat detectors in circa 600 properties (renewing defective detectors as required), completing circa 60 planned electrical inspections in properties across the housing stock per annum (including a range of remedial works as required), testing of emergency stair lighting in 6 closes and servicing of auto-opening/closing fire windows in 2 stairwells.
