Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association Ltd. are seeking a Main Contractor to service their central boilers in accordance with the manufacturers written instructions. The Contractor will also be responsible for providing a reactive maintenance service covering all central boiler plant as well as all supporting pipework and radiators. (If the contractor is subcontracting any part of the contract then each respective sub-contractor must complete a separate ESPD - Part II - Information about the bidder - sections 2A.1 - 2A.17 & 2B.1 - 2B.9 and Part III - Exclusion grounds - sections 3A - 3A.6 & 3B.1 - 3B.1.8. Lastly please note that all completed documents must be uploaded separately – 1. ESPD & 2. Tender document including responses to ITT.
