The Contract primarily involves the replacement of existing kitchens including wall finishes, and where applicable floor finishes, electrical upgrading and installation or replacement of extract fans, throughout Erskine, Renfrewshire. The Contract will be undertaken over the course of Financial Year 2019-2020 with the works anticipated to commence in August 2019.Bridgewater Housing Associations requirements for their 2019-2020 Programme will deliver approximately Fifty-One (51) kitchen replacements.
