The purpose of this tender is to appoint a consultant to take the knowledge and experience gained from the initial hydrogen pilot programmes and develop a sustainable and commercial supply of hydrogen considering a whole system approach that can be adopted by other areas of Scotland in the expansion of hydrogen supply/demand projects.
This will involve the appraisal of the conditions required for investment in hydrogen supply infrastructure – based on a clear demand profile over a five year committed period with a ten year horizon.
