Internal & External Alterations and Extensions to 2(no.) sheltered housing units. The works comprise; Insulated render, roof alterations and replacement roof coverings, replacement windows and external doors, internal alterations including re-modelling to houses, installation of new common boiler plant and renewal of pipework and radiators to all areas, mechanical ventilation and electrical installation renewal, internal decoration, associated external works etc.The anticipated duration of the works is 40 weeks.
The requirement has been split into the following Lots:
