The Scottish Government has a requirement to place a contract with an external service provider for the provision of Fund Management Services for the Digital Development Loan 2019 – 2022. The service will provide administration and management - including capacity building, outcomes-based monitoring and evaluation of the organisations to be funded - under the Digital Development Loan - in the form of loans from UK Government Financial Transactions. This contract will be for the management of the second phase of the Fund, with the value of the Loan Fund over the period being approx. 6 million GBP.
