The work to be undertaken comprises the provision of a term maintenance contract for IEE electrical inspection services and detector installation/ replacements internally in flats, PAT testing in the Employer’s offices and planned/ consequential electrical replacement works (including managing MI switch installations; consumer units; electrical accessories/ fittings & rewiring; smoke/ CO/ Heat detectors, ventilation fans; common entry/ rewiring and associated repairs) to the Employer’s flats/ houses (which quantity may vary from time to time) in Barlanark G33. Note that ordering electrical replacements is provisional/ optional, at the Employer’s discretion.
Works anticipated as follows: 2019-2020 165 inspections and 350 detector installations/ replacements
