Provision of an accommodation based housing support service for homeless households as defined as needing Residential/Supported Accommodation within Aberdeen City Council's Rapid Rehousing Transition Plan/Pathway.
The services will be provided to a core block of eleven (11) flats, five (5) flats provided by Langstane Housing Association at 27 Bloomfield Road and six (6) flats owned by Aberdeen City Council (Brierfield House), and an outreach service for approximately 40 people within the community.
