North Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") intend to establish a Framework for the Provision of Early Learning and Childcare Services for eligible 2 years olds, and pre-school children 3-5 year olds. Bids are invited for any 1 of the following 4 options:
- funded placements of eligible 2 years old for 600 hours;
- funded placements of eligible 2 years for 1140 hours;
- funded placements of pre-school 3-5 year olds for 1140 hours; OR,
- funded placements of eligible 2 years for 1140 hours AND pre-school 3-5 year olds for 1140 hours.
