The University of Aberdeen has appointed an effective maintenance term contract framework for Building Trades Maintenance for the provision of Reactive, Planned and statutory Maintenance along with the delivery of Minor works that best meet the needs of the University and its customers. The contract will be in composite for:
Building Trades (including Joinery, Slating, Pointing & Roofing, Glazing, Plaster & Tiler, Excavator, Concrete, Brick and Mason Work along with all areas of civils works).
