Scottish Enterprise (SE) is seeking to appoint a single Supplier to act as Property Managing Agent who will professionally manage and supervise the full range of services which support the day to day delivery of its Investment Property Portfolio (the Portfolio) and SE Occupied Buildings.
SE has outsourced the management of its Investment Property Portfolio (its portfolio of investment sites and premises) since 1991. SE currently manages the Occupied Buildings (where our staff work and we do business) and associated Facilities Management (FM) of contracts and services in-house.
