Tayside and Central Scotland Transport Partnership (TACTRAN), in agreement with its constituent Councils of Angus, Perth & Kinross and Stirling, as well as Sestran and Falkirk Council, would like to appoint a Consultant to carry out feasibility studies and elements of outline design to help deliver the Regional Walking and Cycling Network (RWCN) within TACTRAN and a bordering section of the Sestran region.
