Tenders are invited for the provision of Principal Contractor to refurbish UCBA’s Grinneabhat building, which is the former Bragar primary school, Bragar, Isle of Lewis. This work will be carried out in line with design provided by UCBA’s Design Team.
The refurbished community hub building will be complete with offices, visitor accommodation, café, exhibition space, public toilets, community room and laundry.
