A central requirement of Property Services is to ensure that Council properties, facilities and assets are of an excellent standard, are maintained in a manner that complies with statutory legislation and that the appropriate records are maintained.
The Council wish to appoint a suitable and experienced Contractor to carry out the reroofing works at both St Filan's Primary School and Gallowhill Primary School.
