CalMac Ferries Limited is the delegated Duty Holder for a number of publically accessed sites and is therefore required to meet the duties outlined under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (EPA) Section 89 (1) and (2).
As a duty holder we are required to zone our land, assess its condition and monitor and control litter.
