This is a Contract Award Notice and as such the procurement process has now ended.
The Centre for Health Science (CfHS) offers some 7,000m2 net lettable space over three phases completed in 2006. It is a three storey multi-occupied property with a focus for excellence in healthcare, biotechnology research, education, training and business development which was jointly funded by Highlands & Islands Enterprise and the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). HIE required a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide total facilities management services at the CfHS.
These services will be required from 1 June 2019 for an initial period of 2 years, with HIE having the option to extend the contract two times for a period or periods each not exceeding 1 calendar year, following the Initial Term (2+1+1 years)
