The purpose of this Framework Agreement is to deliver an efficient route to market for the Institutions, by minimising the resource required to complete a compliant tendering exercise for the supply of insurance. This Framework Agreement will form the basis for Institutions to conduct further competition to select Contractors who can best provide the most economically advantageous tender for an Institution’s specific requirement.
