description
Previously, the Association owned two sheltered housing complexes; however, following changes to Health and Social Care Partnership funding, both sheltered complexes required being closed and the tenants relocated. As a result, the development at ‘Eldergrove Court,’ located on the corner of Shieldhall Road and Elder Grove Avenue is now vacant. The proposal is to convert the existing building in to 11 No. main door flats for tenants aged 55+.
