This contract is for the refurbishment and repair to the roof of a traditional tenement block at 484 - 488 St Vincent Street, Glasgow, G3 8XU.
The project will comprise the following works:
- Render Repairs to Chimneys
- Roof and Ridge Tile Repairs
- Installation of new lead to wallhead gutters, bay roof coverings and chimney flashings
- Minor Stone Repairs to wallhead gutter.
All Works will be completed in line with SBCC Scottish Building Contract 2011 Minor Works Contract.
