This is a Contract Award Notice: Scottish Enterprise (SE) has awarded a Framework Agreement to deliver a Workplace Innovation Leadership Development Programme to SE, and the respective subsidiary and associated companies and undertakings. (together, the “Purchasers”). The framework commenced on 1 April 2019 for a three year period, with SE having the option to extend the agreement for a further one year period.
