Midlothian Council is seeking to appoint suitably skilled, resourced and experienced Contractors to undertake reactive and planned repairs relating to General builder and Roofing work. The works will be in support, and back up to, the Authority’s own in-house resources. The works will apply to both domestic and non-domestic properties of varying age, condition and construction method.
