East Ayrshire Council, on behalf of its service delivery organisation known as the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership requires to establish a Framework Agreement to provide Care at Home/Housing Support services across East Ayrshire for the purpose of ‘Option 3’ within The Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013, ie the Individual chooses for the Council to select the appropriate support and arrange it for the Individual.
