The Hillcrest Group of Companies (Hillcrest) invites tenders for a single suitably qualified supplier to supply, fit and provide maintenance of a number of flat panel interactive displays and associated hardware and software in its meeting rooms across a number of area offices. Currently furnished with basic presentation cabilities the group is seeking to provide a solution that enhances collaborative working that is consistent in terms of base functionality across all meeting rooms. Hillcrest anticipate that larger rooms may require additional equipment to provide a suitable audio experience for functions such as web conferencing and playing of multi media.
