This is a mini-competition under Lots 1, 2 and 3 of the Scotland Excel ‘Energy Efficiency Contractors’ framework, no. 09-13.Bids were invited for the supply of energy efficiency measures including (but not limited to) Loft Insulation, Cavity Wall Insulation, external insulation and Underfloor Insulation works, heating replacements, controls and draughtproofng and, for all ancillary works required to deliver these works and provide any supporting ECO Funding toward the cost of the works.
