This framework will provide a mechanism for Local Authorities and Associate Members to provide bespoke in-home Energy Advice to householders within their catchment area.
The service will include but is not limited to providing advocacy advice with utility providers, ensuring metering issues are dealt with, ensure householders have an understanding of optimum heating regimes and householders are on the best tariff with utility providers.
