- This project provides for the removal of the obsolete site-wide anologue Synectic matrix switching and associated interfaces and the installation of a new IP Video Management System (VMS) at HMP Dumfries. The new system shall utilise the existing analogue cameras and coaxial cabling as far as practicable. As part of the Works a total of 6 external PTZ cameras shall be replaced at a minimum.
