It is Partick Housing Associations’ intention to enter into a Framework Agreement with three contractors to carry out their smoke and heat alarm and CO Detector Replacement Works. The alarms and detectors are to be carried out over two financial years; 2018/19 and 2019/20. 850 properties will require to be completed in the current financial year, with a further 850 in the next financial year.
