The Removal, Disposal and Replacement of the current Mains Water Booster Set at HMP Barlinnie. By replacing the main water booster HMP Barlinnie are expected to reduce the need for maintenance and increase HMP Barlinnie's overall energy efficiency. HMP Barlinnie are also looking to have a Bowser installed for manually pumping water into the establishment in the event of a pump failure or power cut.
