ng homes intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with between one and four contractors to deliver roof replacement works to both pitched and flat roofs across all of their stock. The stock is predominantly of pitched roof construction, however the Association also own fourteen multi story blocks and some low rise flat roof properties. As contractors who are carrying out the flat roof covering works must be on the Sika Approved Contractor’s List, these works may be sub-contracted.
