The project is a four storey development of supported accommodation for a resettlement unit, some mainstream newbuild flats and the refurbishment of a listed building all constructed round a courtyard. The resettlement unit is to replace the existing Montieth hotel. It comprises of ten one bedroom flats with associated ancillary offices on the ground floor. The mainstream newbuild flats will number 30 x 2 and 3 bedroom new build flats and the refurbishment of a listed building into 6 flats for rent.
