Liverpool City Council is undertaking a market engagement exercise to inform the future procurement of a contract for the maintenance, repair, inspection and support of its Hydraulic Bollard infrastructure.
The Council currently operates a network of 26 hydraulic bollard systems and 3 manual bollard systems at key locations across the city to protect pedestrians, manage vehicular access and support the safe operation of the highway network. These assets are critical to maintaining public safety and ensuring the continued resilience of city centre transport and event management arrangements.
