Direct award in special circumstance as LaserTech UK are the provider of the equipment that requires installation. They will then manage AJ Engineering as a subcontractor for the fitting. By putting this in place, we can ensure that the same equipment and installation takes place across up to 4 vans and is only amended as per requirements stated by the Surrey Safer Camera Partnership team.
