ICT requirements for the development of a new state of the art facility for adults with profound learning disabilities and complex needs, on the site of the former PCC Parks Depot at Outland Road.

In scope:

• Agree requirements for the new comms room and other areas for IT installation
• Understand work and effort required to implement solution
• Understand full costs and commercials for chosen solution
• Procure and installation of new Broadband link to site
• Procure and installation of IT network equipment
• Procure and installation of Wi-Fi Access points
• Provide Corporate PCC and Guest Wi-Fi
• Re-utilise existing TV equipment
• Procure and installation of the AV equipment in Staff bedrooms, Guest Bedrooms, Meeting rooms
• Installation of additional TV protective hardware for ligature rooms
• Procure and install ten workstations across the site
• Relocation and reconfiguration of Kyocera MFD printer
• Assist Scutum in the network configuration of the internal CCTV system and door access.
• Support Vendor on network connectivity for sensory room
• Assist vendor on network connectivity of any BMS requirements • Assist Vendor on network connectivity for EV Charging
• Procure and installation of Microsoft Teams USB Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Telephony
• Procure and installation of screen display information functionality for reception TV
