Building Cleaning Works

Supplier to clean all four elevations of the Leigh Turnpike/Library building. This work is needed at short notice so that it can be completed before the official opening of Leigh Civic Square. The cleaning works will include:

• Cleaning the exposed concrete surfaces of the building
• Using the DOFF Integra steam cleaning system, which uses superheated water at low pressure.
• Removing dirt, algae and other biological growth, pollution staining, and surface contaminants.
• Carrying out the cleaning in a way that avoids damaging the concrete surface of the building.
