26-008 - Internal Audit Services

This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued to potential consultants (tenderers) by Broadland Housing Association (Broadland) on behalf of Independent East (the consortium) for the purpose of submitting a tender for internal audit services.

The intention of this procurement exercise is to create a framework agreement and appoint one consultant to deliver a single collaborative assurance model across the five Independent East organisations, through separate call-off contracts where required. The model must combine collective purchasing power with coordinated, risk-based assurance, shared intelligence, thematic learning, meaningful benchmarking and demonstrable value for money, while preserving each member’s independent governance, accountability and annual audit opinion.
