EDC_5225_Ebbsfleet Central Phase 1a Infrastructure Works - Dormouse Habitat Improvement Works

The Contracting Authority seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake habitat improvement works as part of an overall Dormouse mitigation strategy.

Habitat improvements are required to existing areas that will be retained within the footprint of the Ebbsfleet Central development. The purpose of the habitat improvement works is to increase the quality of retained habitats to support the dormouse population that will be impacted by the development. This work is being undertaken ahead of the planned Phase 1a Infrastructure Works to allow time for new planting to establish prior to the start of construction and site clearance activities.
