The project comprises of a full replacement of the fire alarm and emergency lighting systems at Harlow Police Station, including the custody areas. The contractor will be required to install new services while maintaining the existing services, until all new services are installed and commissioned, and then proceed to remove the old services. A soak period is required to ensure the new systems work correctly.
