Affinity Water has a requirement for the provision of Occupational Health and associated employee wellbeing services across the Company.
The scope is expected to include (but not limited too):
| • | Occupational Health advisory services and case management, including management referrals, fitness-for-work assessments, absence management support, and return-to-work guidance |
| • | Pre-employment screening and safety-critical medicals, including questionnaire-based assessments, clinical reviews, and follow-up consultations where required |
| • | Health surveillance services delivered through planned onsite activity, including full-day and half-day clinics aligned to operational and regulatory requirements |
| • | Management advice and guidance services, including telephone and email support for ad hoc Occupational Health queries |
| • | Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and mental health support services, including counselling and specialist support provision |
| • | Musculoskeletal support and physiotherapy services |
| • | Wellbeing services, including health assessments, "Know Your Numbers" initiatives, awareness campaigns, and employee engagement activity |
