Crofton Anne Dale Junior School - SEND RP

The project is to provide a Resource Provision at a Junior School for SEND pupils.

The project is to carry out internal alterations to provide a Resource Provision Classroom, 1:1 Calm Room, Group Room, Office, Staff and Pupil's Toilet. There will be a new secure external play area. The internal alterations will involve new stud walls, doors, floor finishes, ceilings and decorations. There will be completely new Mechanical and Electrical Services including new HRU ventilation.

The external work will involve a new external door and window. The new secure play area will have a timber perimeter fence and gate with play equipment and play surfaces. There is new landscaping associated with the new external secure play area including new trees and shrubs.

The existing car parking is to be re-configured to provide new car parking spaces and drop off for the pupils for the Resource Provision.
