Description of works
- The works for this area involves two separate contracts, relating to the Weyside Urban Village, Phase 4.
The Works under each contract comprise of:
Ph 4 Enabling Works Package Scope:

| • | Topsoil stripping |
| • | Archaeological Investigations |
| • | Ground Investigation Works |
| • | Other Necessary surveys and investigations i.e. topographic survey |

Let Under a JCT 24 Standard Contract (with Employers amendments) based on the Employers Requirements Contractor to provide 'post contract' Principal Designer's services.
