Refurbishment of Car Park, The Malls Basingstoke

In accordance with instructions received from Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. A specification of works was prepared and tendered via Savills to cover refurbishment of the existing car park at The Malls, Churchill Way, Basingstoke, RG21 7QU.

Following a previous tender exercise for procurement of a managed service operator for The Malls Car Park, Savills (UK) LTD were appointed to manage this facility on behalf of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council. As the managing agents for the site responsibility for procuring this contract was delegated to Savills as part of their overarching managing agent contract.
