description
Salvation Army Homes is seeking to procure a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy creation and candidate attraction through to selection, offer management and onboarding. The solution will improve recruitment efficiency, reduce manual administration, enhance reporting capabilities and support the organisation's recruitment objectives and values.
The ATS must provide an intuitive and accessible experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, supporting recruitment activity across multiple channels including the organisation's website, LinkedIn and job boards. The system should streamline recruitment workflows, improve communication with candidates, enable effective candidate assessment and help build a high-quality talent pool.
The solution must provide comprehensive management information and reporting, including recruitment performance metrics, candidate source tracking, vacancy analytics and time-to-hire reporting. Integration with HR systems, communication tools, document management platforms, job boards and business intelligence solutions is required. The system must also support data protection, security, retention and archiving requirements.
The contract will include implementation, data migration from the current system, configuration, testing, training, go-live support and ongoing system support and maintenance. Suppliers will be expected to demonstrate how they will deliver a smooth transition with minimal disruption to ongoing recruitment activity while providing responsive support and continuous system improvement throughout the contract term.
